The Stepping Stones-La Passerelle Business Incubator is a community partnership that was created in 2006 by an eager group of business leaders, and dedicated funders to foster the growth of small businesses in the Blue Sky Region.

Our mission is to assist new entrepreneurs by providing them with resources to accelerate the growth of their businesses and lead to produce successful firms that are financially viable after one year of incubation.
